With the advent of the new computer age technology coupled with the increasing use of the internet, there will be a dramatic change in the accounting services provided to the business community. This new system will consist of three parts. The first part will be the software used by our clients in the daily operation of their business. The second part will be the internet and its related software. The final part will be the software used in our office which will enable us to analyze our clients' information.

The client software will be used by our clients to perform the daily operations such as check writing, bank deposits and invoicing. The software will be designed to be operated by a person at the client's site, thus saving on the cost of using an accounting professional to perform daily tasks. In addition, the cost of the software will be relatively low in comparison with full-blown accounting system software. Klecka, Wilkins & Klecka CPAs would be available for assistance in setting up, training and supporting this software.

At regular intervals the client will send the relevant information to Klecka, Wilkins & Klecka CPAs via the internet for adjustment and analysis.

We will then post the information to the client's general ledger, make the necessary adjustments to the data, and complete the various other functions such as bank reconciliation, sales tax, payroll taxes, and financial statements. We would also be able to make electronic transfer of payroll deposits and other tax deposits.

This information would then be available for the client to review, print or download at his/her convenience using email features. By the use of email, we can gain added security in the transfer of confidential documents.
