DonorLedger

DonorLedger is a contributions ledger for churches and small charities that answers the question every treasurer faces in January: can we prove what each donor gave? Volunteers enter the week's gifts by keyboard — envelope or giving number, fund, amount, Enter — and a batch can't be posted until it balances to the counted bank deposit. A treasurer reviews and posts it, both names stay on the record, and a posted batch can never be quietly edited; a mistake is corrected with a reversing entry that carries a reason. The volunteers who record gifts never see anyone's giving history. The same ledger that keeps Sunday's count honest produces the year-end statements the IRS requires, with deductible and non-deductible giving separated, non-cash gifts described without a value, and the Publication 1771 acknowledgement worded for a church or for a charity that isn't religious. One annual subscription, priced by the number of giving households rather than per user, includes unlimited users, statements and support, and every donor, gift, batch and statement exports as plain CSV on every plan. BoxAtlas

BoxAtlas is a home inventory app that answers a question most households can't: what's actually in that tote? Print a sheet of numbered QR labels, stick one on each box — or each room — and snap a photo of what's inside; BoxAtlas turns the photo into a searchable item list with an estimated replacement value for each item. The same inventory that helps you find the camping gear in October doubles as the documentation an insurer asks for after a loss. One subscription covers every member of the household rather than charging per seat, and a full export of every record and photo is available on every plan.
